when the Covid-19 disease started to spread in Myanmar. Due to the impact of Covid-19;

• Companies pay agency fees and %, increasing the cost burden in finding employees. 
• Increase in human trafficking due to job postings that do not mention company name and office address in job posting groups on social media. 
• To help job seekers from being fraudulently charged form fees by fraudsters.
