Education - B.Com/ Masters in Business/ Equivalent Qualifications

Responsibilities Includes

• Educate students by planning and developing courses according to IHM curriculum guidelines and school requirements.
• Tailor and differentiate courses of study and lessons to meet the individual needs of student’s levels of academic ability
• Develop and present lesson plans by using a variety of teaching models and techniques.
• Preparation of resources to support delivery of the curriculum indoors and outdoors.
• Observe, monitor and assess students on-going progress. Prepare assignments and tests for in-school assessment and homework.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy educational environment on campus and on field trips.
• Keep parents informed of children’s progress by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance, and participation;
• Provide student support services for additional study periods,
• Update job knowledge by attending faculty meetings; participating in educational opportunities recommended and supported by the Management

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years Teaching experience in Business.
• Knowledge in wide range of different curriculum.
• Knowledge in Student’s Safety / Protection Policy.
• Ability to communicate with understanding and effectiveness to have a positive impact on others.
• Work to support and develop collaboration within and across teams.
• Implement the strategic plan to meet mission and values of IHM.
